An incredible training that uplifts both body and soul while delivering profound knowledge of Kundalini Yoga. The educational level is outstanding, and the teachers excel in their ability to convey knowledge with top-notch competence, professionalism, energy, warmth, flexibility, and joy—even in digital formats—all with great depth.
